Required Purpose: South Shore Golf RI Corp is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes with the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future tax code. The purpose of the Corporation is to operate a golf course to benefit two charities, South County Hospital Healthcare and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Inc. with all charitable distributions to be divided and distributed for one or more exempt purposes with the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, as follows: one-third (1/3rd) share to South County Hospital Healthcare and two-thirds (2 3rd) share to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Inc.

Mission: To provide a high-quality residential community and accessible golf course, to all that will positively impact South Kingstown while providing educational programs that can be accessed by young and old, instill life-enhancing values, promote a healthy environment for all and property, and enhance lives whether as a participant or employee.
